We had a DOT safety audit on a very short notice.... Anastasiya didn’t make us wait. She came right away to help us with the preparation. All the paperwork was professionally organized by her to meet the compliance standards. We have passed the audit with no surprises. I can’t say it was easy, but her support and professionalism gave us confidence. Some of the essentials in record keeping , small things, were unknown to us. To be honest, it’s very hard to know everything. She explained the requirements in details and trained us for the future. Can not be more happier. I don't know what planet she is from, but this... lady is a robot. I've never seen anyone so hardworking and so detail oriented. She made all my safety team work like crazy, before the safety audit. And I'm glad she did. It seems like I was paying some of them money for nothing. People from DOT were coming every day for several days and Ana was there. It was a nightmare , but without Ana it could've been much worse. We passed it thanks to her expertise. If you are lucky enough to get her, you are in a good hands.read more
